1 lb. Lean Ground Beef
1/4 C. Primo Taglio Grated Parmesan Cheese
1 T. Dried basil
3 Cloves of Garlic, Minced and Divided
1 Egg, Beaten
2 T. Olive Oil
1 Small Onion, Finely Chopped
1-15 oz. Can Diced Tomatoes with Basil and Oregano
2 T. Tomato Paste
1/3 C. Basil Leaves, Thinly Sliced

In a medium bowl mix beef, Parmesan cheese, basil, 1 clove of garlic and egg. Blend well. Shape into 24 meatballs. (About 1 tablespoon, 1 inch to 1 1 1/4 inch round). Heat oil in a large non stick skillet over medium heat. Add meatballs, cook 5-7 minutes or until evenly browned. Add onion and remaining garlic, cook and stir for 1 minute, increase heat to medium-high. Stir in tomatoes, tomato paste and salt. Reduce heat. Cover and cook for 6 minute's or until meatballs are thoroughly cooked. (160 degrees) Stir in basil.
