4-(3/4 Inch-Think) Pork Loin Center Chops
2 T. Flour
3 T. Olive Oil
1/2 C. Shredded Primo Taglio Baby Swiss Cheese
1 C. Dried Breadcrumbs
1/2 tsp. Rosemary, Freshly Chopped
1/2 C. Chicken Broth
1 tsp. Pepper
Box of Toothpicks

Directions:

Cut deep pockets in the side of each pork chop. Dust with salt, flour and pepper. In a small skillet heat 1 T. olive oil over medium-high heat. In a small bowl combine cheese, breadcrumbs and rosemary. Spoon into pork chop pockets. Close with toothpicks. Brown pork chops 3-5 minutes per side. Remove from skillet. Pour off oil. Add broth and scrape up brown bits off the pan with a spoon. Return pork chops to skillet. Cover and simmer 10-15 minutes, turning once or until meat thermometer registers 160 degrees.
