1 tsp. Ground Allspice
1 tsp. Black Pepper
1 tsp. Ground Cinnamon
1/2 tsp. Ground Nutmeg
2 tsp. Dried Thyme
1/2 C. Scallions, Finely Chopped
3 T. Soy Sauce
2 T. Ginger
1 Habanaro Pepper, Seeded and Minced
2 T. Garlic, Minced
1 tsp. Sugar
1 tsp. Salt
4 Lean Pork Chops, 1 Inch Thick

Directions:
In a food processor, combine all the herbs and spices with the scallions, soy sauce, ginger, habanaro pepper, garlic, sugar and salt. Process to a coarse paste. coat the pork chops with the paste and place in crock pot. Cover and cook on low for 7-9 hours or on high for 4-5 hours.
