Potato Salad Recipe

8-10 cooked potatoes, warm
2-3 hard boiled eggs
4-5 pieces celery, sliced
3-4 green onions with tops, sliced
2-3 tbsp vinegar
1 c light mayonnaise
1/4 c (scant) chili sauce
1 tbsp catsup
1 tsp horseradish
1-2 tbsp additional vinegar
1/4 tsp prepared mustard
1/3-1/2 c India or pickle relish

Break up warm potatoes with fork and sprinkle with 2-3 tbsp vinegar. Add hard-boiled eggs, celery, and green onion. Toss to mix.
Prepare dressing: Mix mayonnaise, chili sauce, catsup, horseradish, 1-2 tbsp vinegar, mustard and India relish. Mix well.
Toss dressing with potato mixture and chill.
