8 ounces macaroni (1 3/4 cups)
3/4 cup mayonnaise
2 Tablespoons vinegar
1 Tablespoons prepared mustard
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 cup sliced celery
1 cup chopped green or red bell pepper
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup sliced raw carrots

Directions:

Cook macaroni and drain. In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, vinegar, mustard, sugar, salt, and pepper. Add cooked macaroni, celery, bell peppers, onion, and carrots. Toss to coat. Cover and chill to blend flavors. May also add one can of tuna, drained and flaked or 1/2 pound cooked cleaned small shrimp.
