2 packages chopped broccoli, cooked a little bit and drained
1 egg, beaten
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 onion chopped
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 cup mayonnaise

Directions:

Combine all ingredients and pour into a buttered casserole dish. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
