1 1/2 lb. extra lean ground beef
1 beaten egg (beat with fork in empty tomato sauce can!)
8 oz. tomato sauce
3/4 c. oatmeal
1 1/2 T. Cavender's Greek Seasoning (Drew likes 2!)
2 tsp. Tony Cachere's seasoning
2 T. Worcestershire sauce
2 T. dried minced onion

Topping
4 T. brown sugar
1 tsp dry mustard
1/4 c. ketchup
1/4 tsp nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredients together. Place in a metal or glass loaf pan. Spray with Pam. Mix topping and spread on meat loaf. Bake 1 hour at 350º.
