2 pounds ground beef, browned
3 eight ounce cans tomato sauce
3 six ounce cans tomato paste
1 large bay leaf
5 six ounce cans water
3 Tablespoons sugar
2 cloves garlic crushed
1 teaspoons oregano
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/2 cup romano cheese
1/2 cup olive oil

Place all ingredients, except meat in a crock pot. Start on high, then turn to low. Cook for 5 hours. Add meat 1 hour before finished cooking.
