1/2 package (8oz) Prince Elbow Macaroni
3 tbsp butter
3 tbsp all-purpose flour
2 1/2 cups of milk
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1/4 cup minced onion
2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup of bread crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Cook pasta according to package directions. Preheat over to 350. In a medium saucepan, melt butter. Stir flour. Gradually stir in milk. Cook, stirring constantly over medium heat, until sauce thickens. Stir in salt and pepper. Add onion and cheese melts. Stir cheese sauce into cooked pasta. Spoon into greased 2-quart baking dish. Top with bread crumbs. Bake 30 minutes.
