Mayonnaise, about 1 cup
1 teaspoon yellow mustard
4 chopped hard boiled eggs
1 medium onion, minced
1 teaspoon celery seed
3 stalks celery, chopped
8 - 10 medium potatoes, peeled, diced, and boiled
Paprika - a few shakes on top

Directions:
Directions:
Boil potatoes until tender. Drain and cool. Add remaining ingredients. Mix well. Chill. Top with Paprika. This is plain old garden variety potato salad, but everybody likes it.
