1 lb of hamburger meat
1 lb of Italian Sausage
2 eggs
3 slices of white bread
1 pkg of Lipton Onion Soup mix
1 can of Rotel Tomatoes
dash of Italian seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl mix the hamburger meat and sausage, mix well.

Then add in the eggs, can of Rotel tomatoes and Lipton onion soup mix.

Then break the bread in small pieces and add Italian seasoning.

Be sure that it is mixed well .

Use a tablespoon to scoop the meat and then form into a ball

Spray a thin layer of cooking spray on the bottom and the side of the dish.

Preheat oven to 300º

Place dish in the oven for 45 mins to an hour depending on the size of your meatballs.
