6 whole boneless, skinless chicken breasts, split
8 - 10 slices of bacon
1 four ounce package chipped beef
1 can mushroom soup
1 cup sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Wrap each chicken breast with a strip of bacon. Sprinkle chipped beef on bottom of greased casserole dish. Arrange chicken breasts on beef. Combine mushroom soup and pour over chicken. Cover with foil. Bake at 300º for 2 1/2 to 3 hours. Remove foil for the last 1/2 hour to brown.

May be fixed early in the day and refrigerated. Set out of the refrigerator 30 minutes before cooking. Do not add salt and pepper.

Makes a nice ladies luncheon casserole.
