1 chicken, cooked and deboned
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 stick butter
4 heaping tablespoons flour
1 cup milk
3 tablespoons soy sauce
Garlic salt
1 pound Cheddar cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 large jar diced pimientos
1 jar sliced mushrooms
8 ounces spaghetti, cooked
Additional Cheddar cheese for topping

Preheat oven 375
Boil chicken saving broth (or buy ready baked chicken and use ready made broth)
Melt butter in large skillet; saute bell pepper
Add flour and blend well; add milk and cook to thicken
Add remaining ingredients and mix to combine
Pour into large casserole dish, top with Cheddar cheese ,and heat until bubbly
