2 cups self rising corn meal
1/4 cup sugar
1 beaten egg
1 1/3 cup buttermilk
1/4 cup oil
1/4 cup Crisco

Directions:
Directions:
Place Crisco in an iron skillet and heat in 450º oven. Combine corn meal, sugar, egg, buttermilk and oil. Pour into hot skillet. Bake 20 minutes
