2 cups plain flour
1/4 cup lard or Crisco
Salt 1/4 teaspoon or to taste.
1/4 cup cold water

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour, salt, and lard. Mix by hand. Add cold water to make dough. Refrigerate over-night. Roll as thin as possible, and cut into 2 inch squares. Bring chicken broth to a hard boil. Drop in one piece at a time, and remove when done.
