Ingredients:

6 chicken breasts, bone in
2 stalks celery
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup pecans if desired
Salt to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cook chicken breasts in salt water until very tender. De-bone and chop fine. Chop celery fine. Add mayonnaise to desired consistency and mix well. Add pecans if desired. Salt if needed.
Chill and serve.

Some people say that Lola adds sour cream to her chicken salad, but Lola says "no. just mayonnaise".
