6 crisp-cooked bacon slices
1/2 pound mild Cheddar
1 small onion, peeled
1 medium green pepper
1/2 cup pitted ripe olives, drained
2 hard-cooked eggs
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 cup catsup
1 tablespoon prepared mustard
10 hamburger buns, split

Directions:
Directions:
Put bacon, cheese, onion, green pepper, olives and eggs through coarse blade of food chopper
Empty into bowl; add pepper, garlic powder, catsup, and mustard; mix well
Spoon mixture onto bottom halves if buns on a cookie sheet
Broil, about 4 inches from heat, until cheese begins to melt-- about 1 minute
Top with other halves of buns
Serve hot
