2 medium sweet potatoes, cooked and peeled
1/2 cup milk
3/4 cup sugar
2 eggs
1/3 cup butter or margarine
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Crunchy Praline Topping .....

1/3 cup butter or margarine, melted
3/4 cup cornflakes
1/2 cup chopped nuts
1/2 cup brown sugar
Place all ingredients in bowl and mix it up.

Directions:
Directions:
Place sweet potatoes and butter in bowl. beat for a minute then add milk, sugar, eggs, butter, nutmeg, and cinnamon. Beat for one minute. Spread mixture into a greased 9-inch pie plate. Bake at 400 for 20 minutes or until set. spread Crunchy Praline Topping on hot sweet potatoes. Bake an additional 10 minutes.
