1 1/2 lbs. hamburger
1 c. cracker crumbs
3/4 c. milk
1/4 c. ketchup
1 egg
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 small onion (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients. Form into a loaf then put in an ungreased loaf pan, 9x5x3. Top meatloaf with ketchup. Cook uncovered in 350 oven until done, about 1 1/2 hrs.
