8 squash, cut up
1/2 cup onion
1/2 stick butter, melted
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
2 teaspoons sugar
1 egg beaten
1/2 cup cracker crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Cook squash and onion until just tender. Drain and mash. Add next 5 ingredients. Mix and pour into a greased casserole dish. Top with cracker or bread crumbs. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
