1 1/2 to 2 pounds ground beef or turkey
1 six ounce package of wild rice mix
1 large onion, chopped
One eight ounce can mushrooms
One 10 1/2 ounce can cream of mushroom soup
One 10 1/2 ounce can of cream of chicken soup
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat and onion. Drain. Prepare rice mix as directed. Add rice, mushrooms, soups, salt, and pepper to meat. Cover and bake 45 minutes at 350º.
