1 pint red wine vinegar
1/2 Tablespoon salt
3/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 stick butter
1/2 lemon

Directions:
Directions:
Bring vinegar to a boil. Add lemon, and simmer for 3 minutes. Add salt, pepper, and butter. Set aside to cool. This sauce keeps in the refrigerator for a long time. It gets better with age. It is especially good on sliced pork roast.
