2 eggs lightly beaten
1-1/2 lbs ground beef
1/4 cup fine bread crumbs
1 small onion chopped
2 T. worcestershire sauce
1 tsp seasoned salt
1/2 tsp dry mustard
1/4 tsp pepper
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together thoroughly. Place in round microwave safe dish. Form into ring leaving about a three inch hole in center. microwave on high power for 15 minutes. Let stand 5-10 minutes.
