1 can black beans
1/2 chopped green pepper
1 Tablespoon olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Place one can of black beans in a saucepan and add onion, green pepper, and olive oil. Cook on low heat uncovered about 1/2 hour.

This is as good as starting from scratch and working hard all day. Black beans are good served over rice with a little chopped raw onion on top.
