3 kinds of pasta (mostaccioli, curly roni and shell or whatever you prefer) using 1 c. each.
1 qt. spicy Italian sauce
1 No. 2 can tomatoes
1 medium green pepper, diced
1 medium onion, diced
1 medium can mushrooms, pieces
1-4 oz. pkg. pepperoni
2 c. mozzarella cheese, shredded

Directions:
Directions:
Cook three kinds of pasta together and set aside. Cook sauce, vegetables, and pepperoni together and add 1 c. of mozzarella cheese last. Pour over cooked pasta and mix well. Top with remaining shredded mozzarella cheese and bake (uncovered) at 375 degrees for 35-40 minutes. Serves 8.
