1 lb. extra lean ground beef
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
1 pkg. (6oz.) Stovetop stuffing mix
3/4 c. spaghetti sauce
1 c. water
3/4 c. mozzarella cheese shredded

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Mix meat, stuffing mix, water and seasoning until well blended. Press into 12 muffin cups, sprayed with cooking spray; make an indentation in the center of each with spoon. Spoon spaghetti sauce into center of each meatloaf. Bake 30 minutes or until meatloaves are cooked through. Top with cheese; bake 5 minutes more, or until cheese is melted.
