1/4 pound uncooked spaghetti, broken into 3-inch pieces
1 c. milk
1 lb. ground beef
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) condensed tomato soup, undiluted
1/2 large onion, chopped
1/2 can (10 3/4 oz.) cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1/4 large green pepper, chopped (I omit)
1 c. sharp cheddar cheese, divided

Directions:

Cook spaghetti according to package directions. Drain and place in greased casserole dish; set aside. Meanwhile, cook the beef, onions and green pepper over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain. Add milk, soups and half of cheese. Bring to a boil. Spoon over spaghetti (liquid will be absorbed during baking). Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes or until bubbly and the top is lightly browned.
