1 cup orange juice with pulp
2 crisp apples, chopped
1 can mardian oranges
2 banana
to cup of sugar
Additional fruit
Kiwi
Grapes
Strawberries
Blueberries
Pineapple

Directions:
Directions:
Pour cold orange juice into a serving bowl. Slice bananas into juice, gently stir in chopped apples, oranges and other fruit. Add more orange juice if needed.
Sprinkle with sugar. Place in refrigerator covered, not more than 2 hours or serve immediately.

This is great for breakfast. For a desert serve it with cookies/brownies. This is one way to get the family to eat fruit and they love it.
