1 pkg Moist/Supreme cake mix (Any flavor)
1/3 C oil
2 eggs
1/2 C flour
Optional: Splash of Any Flavor you want to enhance (i.e. Lemon, Anise, Peppermint)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients until moist. Shape into 1 inch balls. Bake 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet at 375º for 6-8 min until edges are golden.
Frost with whipped frosting or sprinkle with colored sugar
Makes approximately 3 dozen cookies.

It is a basic so you can change it around. Our family likes lemon cookies, so I add a little zest to the mix and the frosting. Peppermint and gingerbead work well too. Be creative!
