6-8 Cloves Grilled Garlic, Mashed
4 Boneless Lean Tender Beef Steak's 4-6 oz. 1 inch thick
2 Medium Yellow Onions
Olive Oil
4 French Rolls
1/2 C. Crumbled Blue Cheese
2 Small tomatoes. Sliced
Mixed Greens

Prepare garlic. Spread garlic onto both sides of the steak: season with pepper. Slice onions 1/2 inch thick, brush with olive oil. Place steaks i center of covered grill over medium heat. Place onions slices around steak. Grill steak and onion slices for 12-15 minutes or until steak is medium-rare. Remove steaks, keep warm. Grill rolls cut side down, until toasted. Pull off rolls, and onions. Slice steak into thin strips. Arrange strips over grilled rolls, top with blue cheese, onions, tomatoes and greens.

Grilled Garlic... 1-2 heads of garlic and olive oil. Peel outermost papery skin from the garlic heads. Brush with oil. Grill for 30 minutes.Remove from heat and cool slightly. Gently squeeze softened garlic heads from the root end so that cloves slip out of skins into bowl. Use immediately or cover and refrigerate up to one week.
