1 C. Water
1/2 C. Butter
1/2 tsp. Salt
1 C. Flour
4 Eggs
Filling:
8 oz. Package of Cream Cheese
1/4 C. Mayonnaise
6 oz. Canned Crab Meat
1/2 C. Swiss Cheese, Shredded
1 T. Chives
1 tsp. Garlic Salt
1 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
1/4 tsp. Pepper

Pre-heat over to 400º. In a small sauce pan bring water, butter and salt to a boil. Add all the flour, stir until a smooth ball forms. Remove from heat, cool for 5 minutes. Add eggs one at a time until mixture is smooth and shinny. On a greased cookie sheet drop by round tsp about 2 inches apart from each other. Bake for 25-30 minutes. Cool on wire rack. Immediately cut a slit into the puff to allow steam to escape. When cool slit puffs open, remove tops and set aside. Disgard soft dough inside. In a small mixing bowl beat cream cheese and mayonnaise together until smooth. Stir in remaining filling ingredients. Just before serving, spoon filling into puffs, replace with tops.
