2 lb. tilapia
1 lb. Shrimp, peeled and devained
32 oz. Vegetable Juice
32 oz. Chicken broth
4 c. Water
6 Medium Red Potatoes, chopped
4 c. Cooked Rice
4 T. Hot Sauce, to Taste

Directions:
Directions:
Bring vegetable juice, chicken broth and water to a boil. Add in potatoes, cook for 20 minutes. Add shrimp and tilapia. Boil for 20 minutes. Add in hot sauce. Serve over fluffy rice.
