2 cans mixed vegetables, drained
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1 can sliced water chestnuts, drained
1 roll Ritz crackers, crushed
1 stick margarine, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Mix vegetables, cheese, water chestnuts, and mayonnaise together and pour into a casserole dish. Sprinkle with Ritz cracker crumbs. Drizzled the melted margarine over the top. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes or until crackers are browned.
