Ingredients:
Ingredients:
3-4 pounds roast (pork or beef)
1 can chopped green chilies
1 can tomato sauce
cumin to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Place roast in crock pot, pour green chilies and tomato sauce over roast. Sprinkle with cumin. Cook on low for 8-10 hours. Shred meat while it is still in crock pot with green chilies and tomato sauce. You may have to pour off some of the juice if it's too moist. This meat mixture can be used in tacos, burritos or enchiladas. I have also used boneless, skinless chicken breasts instead of roast.
