1 lb. ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
1 1/2 c. water
salt and pepper
2 c. cabbage, chop very coarse
2 c. shredded carrots
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
3 tbsp. soy sauce
2 pkg. Ramen noodles (chicken flavor and seasoning)

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat then add chopped onion to saute a little. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix. Crush the noodles in the package before adding them to the mixture. Do not cook them first.
Make this all in a very large fry pan or wok and cook, covered, for at least 10 minutes or until done.

Stir a couple of times.
