1 lb. cranberries
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. orange juice
2 1/2 c. water
1/3 c. lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Rinse and boil cranberries in water until they stop popping. Run through a sieve and discard seeds, etc. Add sugar and juices. Freeze in refrigerator until firm; then take out and beat with mixer until fluffy. Return to freezer until ready for meal. This is very good with turkey at Thanksgiving. Serve in chilled sherbet cups.
