1 large package lime Jello 2 c. hot water 1 tub Cool Whip
Mix together 1 package of Jello with 2 cups of hot water. Completely dissolve Jello. Place in fridge to cool. When the Jello starts to set up (get thicker), mix in Cool Whip with a whisk. Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm.
I always ask my auntie Lisa (Kramer) to make this for family dinners. You can use any flavor of Jello, but green is my favorite.
