1-6 oz. jar marinated artichoke hearts
1 T. olive oil
1 T. butter
1/2 medium onion, sliced
1 tsp. basil
1 clove minced garlic
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. cottage cheese
3/4 box pasta, preferably mostaccioli

Drain liquid from artichoke hearts into skillet. Add butter and olive oil and put on low heat. Add sliced onions and cook until translucent and soft (5-8 minutes). Slice artichoke hearts into bite sized pieces and add artichoke pieces and garlic to pot.

Saute for 3-5 minutes and remove from heat. Add cottage cheese, sour cream, pepper to taste and mix well.

Add to cooked pasta.
