3 large russet potatoes, peeled and cut into cubes
1 t salt
1/2 c milk
4 cloves, chopped roasted garlic
2 T chopped canned green chilies
4 T butter, melted
salt
pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cover potatoes with cold water and salt. Boil potatoes until tender. Drain. Place potatoes in a large bowl, add milk and mash with potato masher.
Add garlic chilies and butter. Blend with electric mixer til smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
