1 stick Butter - melted
2 cups Brown Sugar
3 Eggs
4 cups mashed Sweet Potatoes, fresh or canned
1/2 Tablespoon Jack Daniels
1/2 teaspoon Kosher Salt
2 cups Pecan Halves

Directions:
Directions:
Cream eggs, butter, sugar, Jack Daniels, and salt. Add sweet potatoes and mix. Pour into greased casserole dish. Place pecans into the mixing bowl and coat with traces of sweet potato mixture and set aside. Bake sweet potatoes at 350 for 45 - 60 minutes, or until thick, stirring well every 15 minutes. During the last 15 minutes, top with coated pecans.
