1 shoulder roast
1 carton beef broth
1 pkg. Lipton Onion Soup Mix (dry)
1 pkg. Hoagie Rolls
1 pkg. provolone cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Put roast in crockpot. Pour beef broth and onion soup mix over roast to cover. Cook on high for 6 hours or until roast falls apart (the longer the better). Remove roast from broth, shred with a fork, remove all fat. Reserve broth for dipping.

Heat oven to broil. Place hoagies on baking sheet open faced, put provolone cheese on one side, roast on the other side. Broil on high, until brown. Put tops on sandwiches and cut in half. Put reserved broth in cups for dipping.
