1 lb. of ground beef or turkey
1/4 cup of gluten free ketchup
1/2 tbsp. chili powder
2 tsp. Lea & Perrins Worcestershire sauce OR
1/4 C. Texas Pete hot sauce
dash of ground red pepper
1/2 tsp. kosher salt

Directions:
Directions:
1. Combine everything together in a large bowl. Form into patties.
2. Bake on 350 degrees F for about 20 minutes.
3. Serve as you would a regular burger (GF bun or bread)

My kids love these without bread or wrapped in a lettuce leaf. These are not really firm burgers.
