1 14-oz. can pink salmon
1 egg
1/2 c. saltine cracker crumbs
3 green onions, finely chopped
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. hot sauce
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1 T. Old Bay Seasoning
1/2 c. cooking oil

Directions:
Directions:
Clean salmon by taking out large bones and black skin. Crush up salmon in a mixing bowl. Add egg, cracker crumbs, onions and sauces. Mix well and form into patties. Roll patties in bread crumbs and sprinkle with Old Bay Seasoning. Fry over medium heat in oil until crispy brown.
