1 15-oz. can peaches in their own juice
1 box (8.5 oz.) corn muffin mix
1/3 c. chopped pecans.
1 large egg
2 T. melted margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º. Grease 8 x 8 metal baking pan. Drain peaches, reserving 1/3 c. juice; chop peaches. In large bowl, stir corn muffin mix, 1/3 c. pecans, egg, melted margarine & peach juice until combined. Fold in peaches; spread in prepared pan. Bake 16 to 18 min. or until toothpicks inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan 10 min.
