Chopped meat 1 lb (chuck) diced onion medium water salt pepper flour water
Cover bottom of pan with water. 1/2 inch. Add diced onion, salt and pepper. Add meat and mix. Put on low heat and cook covered for 40 minutes. Add more water if needed. Thicken with flour water. Skim off fat and serve.
