1 lb. ground beef
1 lb. ground pork
1 to 1 1/2 cup bread crumbs
2 T. chopped parsley
1 med. onion, chopped fine and partly browned
2 eggs
2 T. grated Italian cheese
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. thyme
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients in one bowl. Shape into meatballs the size you prefer. Brown or fry pan until they hold together. Then add to the spaghetti sauce 1 1/2 hours before sauce is finished.
Meatballs can also be baked in a 350 oven for 15 - 20 minutes.
