1-1 lbs ground beef (the leaner the better)
c. oats
1 egg
1 c. tomato sauce
1 tsp. Salt
tsp. pepper
half an onion finely chopped
1 c. mushrooms cut small
pinch of onion salt and garlic salt
1 c. grated Romano cheese (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
1. Saute the onions and mushroom in a bit of olive oil for about 5 minutes or until the onions turn slightly transparent and the mushrooms get a bit darker in color.
2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
3. Mix all ingredients in a bowl except for the ground beef
4. Add the ground beef and stir until just mixed but not too much
5. Transfer the mixture into a meatloaf pan and bake for about 1 hour
