1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup ketchup
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup vegetable oil (optional)

Meats for grilling:
2 lbs chicken cut into serving pieces
2 lbs pork, cut thinly (4-5 pieces skewered by bamboo sticks)

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together, and marinate meat for an hour or overnight. Grill meats on a barbecue pit.

Any kind of meat can be used, like pork, chicken drumsticks, beef, etc. You can also skewer the meat together on a bamboo barbecue stick. I personally use this marinade for any meat that's available at the time.
