2 lbs pork or chicken
3 tbsp soy sauce
3 tbsp ketchup
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp lime juice
1/4 tsp corn pepper
1/2 cup 7-up or Sprite
4 cloves of garlic - crushed

Directions:
Directions:
Cut pork into serving pieces. Mix together the following ingredients: soy sauce, ketchup, salt, sugar, lime juice and pepper. Marinate the pork in this solution for 1-2 hours or overnight in the fridge. You can skewer a few meat pieces together on a bamboo stick prior to charbroiling it on the pit.
