1 lb. sole
salt
flour



MARINADE:
¼ c. soy sauce
3 T. sugar
1 clove garlic, minced
1 piece ginger (1” length) grated

Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle salt lightly on both sides of fish. Flour on both sides. Fry in oiled pan for a bit till lightly browned. Place fish in baking pan. Pour marinade over fish. Bake at 300º for 20 minutes.

I normally double the marinade so it covers the fish.
